Accounting Representative - AP and Property Accounting

📋 Description

• Review vendor invoices for documentation and approval before payment
• Prepare and process invoice payments via check, ACH, and wire transfers
• Process 3-way PO matches in SAP ERP and reconcile statements and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate documentation and records per policy and GAAP
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers via the shared mailbox
• Support the team with general office tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years accounting support experience
• Data entry accuracy with confidentiality
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and online systems
• Excellent communication with internal/external customers
• No visa sponsorship; US work authorization required
