• Coach Client Leads on solution design, client management, delivery approaches, professional
• Review engagement approaches for technical risk, complexity, and consistency, with particular
• Serve as the first escalation point for delivery challenges, CPG-specific technical questions
• Ensure client deliverables consistently meet established quality and professional standards before
• Conduct formal performance reviews and ongoing career development conversations while providing
• Identify CPG accounting capability gaps and address them through targeted coaching, training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an active CPA designation are required.
• 7–10 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a Client Lead, Manager, or team
• Demonstrated CPG accounting experience is required, including the ability to speak specifically to
• Strong practitioner-level understanding of CPG accounting, with the ability to review complex work
• Familiarity with CPG-focused platforms and operational systems such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite
• Deep working knowledge of GAAP and experience handling startup-specific accounting complexities
