📋 Description

  • Own AR/AP in NetSuite for EC and MO
  • Process customer invoices and apply payments
  • Enter vendor bills and process payments
  • Reconcile AR/AP and support month-end close
  • Maintain customer/vendor master data in ERP
  • Help document AR/AP SOPs and ensure controls

🎯 Requirements

  • Hands-on NetSuite or ERP experience
  • AR/AP experience in a business setting
  • Foundational accounting knowledge; degree not required
  • Double-entry accounting and general ledger understanding
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
