Accounting Specialist

📋 Description

• Support accounting activities for Italian operations; ensure accurate local and group reporting.
• Review and analyze financial information; assist corrections and adjustments.
• Support monthly and annual financial closings.
• Assist intercompany transactions and ensure reconciliation between entities.
• Contribute to process improvements; document procedures and automate repetitive tasks.
• Support internal audits and annual tax filings; ensure regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Finance/Accounting (e.g., MSc in Finance, CCA).
• 2-3 years' accounting experience; international org or Big Four audit preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Excel (Google Sheets a plus); Oracle or similar; year-end closing, VAT, tax reporting.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, with strong problem-solving; able to work independently.
