Accounting Specialist (AP/AR)

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle AP/AR in QuickBooks Online
• Reconcile ERP transactions with QBO
• Generate and issue customer invoices; monitor aging
• Investigate billing discrepancies and payments
• Respond to customer and vendor inquiries promptly
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and basic reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Proven accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online and ERP-integrated workflows
• Invoicing, reconciliations, and high-volume AP/AR
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Remote work experience with Slack/Zoom/Google Workspace
