Balance sheet accounts tied to schedules, research and resolve discrepancies
Direct client communication in coordination with client manager
Write and maintain process documentation

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
At least 1–2 years of hands-on bookkeeping or general accounting experience
Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Familiarity with Bill.com, Gusto, or similar tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Reliability with deadlines
