Accounting Supervisor

📋 Description

• Maintain accuracy of the general ledger and post journal entries.
• Reconcile accounts and monitor inventory and asset management.
• Support month-end close and provide financial insights to leadership.
• Prepare IFRS and US GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a shared services environment.
• Support AI-enabled finance initiatives and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA not required).
• Experience with accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and month-end close.
• IFRS and US GAAP knowledge; SAP experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to analyze large datasets.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills; willing to travel to the U.S. 3–4 times/yr.
