Accounting Systems Manager / Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with tax, accounting, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into
• Lead requirements gathering, testing, data validation, system conversions, and other implementation
• Analyze existing tax and accounting processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Lead projects and workstreams from planning through implementation, managing priorities, risks
• Assist in investigating complex data, system, and business-process issues and coordinate solutions
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members while helping establish scalable processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting data and how that data flows through tax
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to build data models and investigate
• Demonstrated experience working with large or complex datasets, including data mapping
• Highly proficient using Excel; MS SQL and other programming languages a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical
