📋 Description

Support global accounts receivable operations.
Coordinate with Sales and Implementation teams.
Monitor auto and manual provisioning; process churn.
Book deals; review order forms and closings.
Invoicing and billing tool management; timely invoicing.
Ensure timely collections across APJ, EMEA, and USA.

🎯 Requirements

Must be a graduate of Business, Finance or relevant degree.
1-3+ years in Accounts Receivable operations.
Proficient with accounting software and Excel.
Experience in an IT or SaaS company is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus.
