Accounts Payable Analyst

📋 Description

• Review and process invoices and payment requests after confirming proper authorization, coding
• Process contractual and vendor payment obligations by reviewing applicable terms, validating
• Process and support international Accounts Payable transactions across multiple entities and
• Review vendor aging and assist with resolving past-due, outstanding, or disputed invoices.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and research payment or invoice discrepancies.
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve missing documentation, approvals, tax information, or

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable, accounting, or related Finance experience, preferably within a large
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both
• Strong understanding of the Accounts Payable lifecycle, including invoice processing, approvals
• Experience processing vendor and contractual payment obligations, including reviewing payment
• Experience supporting transactions involving multiple entities, currencies, or jurisdictions
