Accounts Payable Associate

📋 Description

• Process PO-backed invoices timely and accurately.
• Review, validate, and enter invoices with proper GL coding.
• Monitor invoice status and follow up on approvals.
• Maintain documentation for AP transactions.
• Assist with vendor inquiries and payment updates.
• Collaborate with Purchasing/Tech to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• 1–5 years in AP/finance in high-volume env.
• Experience with Coupa, Sage Intacct, or similar
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadlines
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
