Accounts Payable Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AP for centralized U.S. function
• Design scalable AP workflows and controls
• Establish SOPs with metrics and regular reporting for Finance leadership
• Lead vendor management, expense policy governance, and spend controls
• Drive automation of invoice processing, approvals, and payments
• Collaborate with Finance leadership and cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years progressive accounts payable experience; 3+ years in management
• Track record building/transformation of AP function
• Hands-on Ramp experience for corporate card activity
• ERP experience: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle
• Experience implementing a PO program and three-way match
• Strong process discipline and controls
