Accounts Payable Manager

📋 Description

• Own AP automation and AI agenda; AP as a tech and ops focus
• Own 2-day close roadmap; remove blockers via automation
• Lead tech assessment for T&E; drive invoicing rollout across EU
• Implement AI-assisted invoice coding and PO matching; vendor evals
• Build AI readiness: clean data, electronic invoices, structured processes
• Own NetSuite AP, ZipHQ AP and Navan T&E modules; integrate with P2P stack

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in AP or finance ops; 3+ years leading AP transformation
• Experience implementing AP automation tools Ramp, Zip, Tipalti, Basware, Medius; lead implementations
• Hands-on AI/ML tool evaluation: pilots, outcomes, build-vs-buy
• Strong ERP background; NetSuite preferred; integrations and data architecture a plus
• People leadership: managed teams, performance issues, talent development
• Change management; cross-functional communication with Finance and IT
