Accounts Payable Manager

📋 Description

• Lead accounts payable function for the organization, supervising AP clerks and leads.
• Analyze invoices and expense reports for accuracy and eligibility for payment.
• Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and vouchers; maintain financial records and control
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and key controls for procure-to-pay processes.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Corporate Accounting to optimize cash flow and AP processes for

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in staff accounting, accounts payable, or related roles.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP and/or Sage Intacct preferred.
• Strong AP process knowledge; ability to update and improve AP policies and controls.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office proficiency; ability to drive data-driven improvements.
• Public company/SOX controls experience highly preferred; strong interpersonal skills.
