Accounts Payable Manager (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end accounts payable across all entities
• Resolve supplier and internal payment discrepancies
• Drive month-end and year-end close support
• Ensure bills are coded, approved, and paid per policy
• Build and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Improve automation and data quality in invoice-to-pay

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years AP experience in a German company
• Hands-on NetSuite (or comparable ERP) experience
• Strong knowledge of German accounting principles
• Professional communication in English and German
• Process-improvement mindset and ownership
• Experience with Moss or Ramp (nice to have)
