Accounts Payable Specialist

📋 Description

• Perform full-cycle accounts payable processing
• Verify invoices, POs, and three-way matching
• Process domestic and overseas payments and reimbursements
• Conduct vendor reconciliations and master data maintenance
• Support month-end/year-end closing and reporting
• Resolve AP issues and ensure policy compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related
• 3+ years AP experience
• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel
• Basic business English reading/writing
• Familiar with financial accounting standards and internal controls
• Able to work in European time zone
