Manage full-cycle accounts payable across six entities, vendor onboarding and multi-currency payments.
Administer Ramp corporate card program end-to-end, including issuance and reconciliation.
Post and reconcile AP and card transactions in NetSuite using matrix GL.
Book intercompany AP for clean consolidation.
Support AP sub-ledger month-end close: accruals, GRNI, reconciliations.
Manage supplier relationships and payment inquiries professionally.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in accounts payable with end-to-end ownership.
Hands-on NetSuite or comparable ERP.
Matrix/dimensional GL across accounts, department, and class.
Experience administering corporate card programs; Ramp a plus.
Strong AP controls, month-end close, and reconciliations.
VAT/indirect tax knowledge across UK/EU.
