Accounts Payable Specialist

📋 Description

• Run full accounts payable cycle across six Reachdesk entities.
• Manage multi-currency vendor payments.
• Administer and reconcile Ramp corporate card program in NetSuite.
• Post and reconcile AP and card transactions in NetSuite using matrix GL.
• Book intercompany AP to support clean consolidation.
• Support month-end close, accruals, supplier statements, and aged-payables.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in accounts payable with end-to-end ownership in multi-entity/multi-currency setups.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience or comparable tier-one ERP.
• Proficiency with a matrix GL structure across GL account, Department, and Class.
• Ramp experience or administration of a corporate card / spend-management platform.
• AP controls, month-end close, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• VAT / indirect tax knowledge for UK/EU purchases.
