Accounts Payable Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead full AP cycle across six entities and multi-currency vendor payments
• Administer Ramp corporate card program end-to-end
• Post and reconcile AP and card transactions in NetSuite
• Book intercompany AP for clean consolidation
• Support month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, and aging
• Manage AP mailboxes and supplier relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in accounts payable in multi-entity/multi-currency env
• Hands-on with tier-one ERP (NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics)
• Proficiency with matrix GL across accounts/Dept/Class
• Experience in spend management software
• Strong AP controls, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations
• VAT/indirect tax knowledge (UK/EU); Avalara handling
