• Accounts Payable Specialist (CPA) for a property management client.
• Manage AP lifecycle: invoice entry, coding, accruals, reconciliations.
• Vendor management and invoice dispute resolution.
• Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Data-driven: monitor AP KPIs and dashboards.
• Remote role within Extenteam's distributed team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum CPA required; ERP experience; Coupa preferred.
• AP automation experience; vendor management in ERP.
• Accurate invoice entry; capital vs expense GL coding.
• 3-way match process; exception troubleshooting.
• W-9/ACH regulatory knowledge; internal controls.
• Hours: 4:00 AM Manila with 1h overlap with East Coast.
