Accounts Payable Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage vendor invoices from receipt through payment preparation, including invoice verification
• Validate vendor onboarding information, tax documentation, and banking details while maintaining
• Review and code corporate and virtual card transactions to appropriate general ledger accounts
• Reconcile corporate card, expense, and spend management clearing accounts, investigate variances
• Record bank transactions in the general ledger across US and international entities; prepare
• Process intercompany payments and coordinate funding requests.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable, general accounting, or related finance function
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite including invoice processing, general ledger coding, vendor
• Practical experience with corporate card and spend management platforms such as Airbase, Ramp
• Proven ability to prepare and review bank reconciliations across multiple entities, banking
• Solid understanding of accrual accounting, general ledger processes, intercompany transactions
• Experience processing vendor invoices, validating supporting documentation, coding card expenses
