Accounts Payable Specialist

📋 Description

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time, including intake, validation, coding, posting
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, goods-receipt records, contracts, and approval
• Monitor invoice approval workflows, follow up on outstanding approvals, and resolve blocked or
• Prepare and maintain vendor statements, supplier reconciliations, aging reports, and supporting
• Support payment-run preparation in cooperation with Treasury and Finance
• Respond to supplier inquiries and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, budget owners, and

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, general accounting, or a related finance role
• Good understanding of invoice processing, approval workflows, supplier reconciliations, payment
• Practical experience with ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle
• Good Excel skills and professional fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience in a Shared Services Center or multinational environment is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ownership, and accountability
