Accounts Payable Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage AP mailbox and route/address emails
• Enter invoices accurately into A/P system
• Process day-to-day AP transactions and classify data
• Track expenses and process expense reports
• Investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts
• Assist with month-end closing and provide audits support

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in accounts payable or general accounting
• Knowledge of accounting procedures
• Experience with Netsuite and Tipalti a plus
• Proficient in data entry and management
