Own end-to-end AP in Bill.com: invoicing, GL coding, approvals, payments.
Review and reconcile vendor statements; resolve discrepancies.
Manage payment runs on schedule; ensure proper authorization and GL recording.
Own 1099 prep and filing; maintain W-9s and TIN documentation.
Process invoices across entities; apply correct currency and intercompany rules.
Support prepaid schedules and AP accruals for month-end close.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years full-cycle AP; high-growth tech company a plus
Bill.com or comparable AP automation experience; Bill.com preferred
T&E/expense platform admin (Navan, Concur, Expensify)
Cloud ERP experience (Rillet, NetSuite, Sage Intacct)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets; AP aging analyses
1099-NEC/MISC, W-9 collection and TIN matching basics
