📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end invoice and expense processing, including coding and approval workflows, in
• Oversee routine disbursements, ensuring accurate and timely weekly and monthly payment cycles.
• Handle corporate credit card reconciliations, track spending, and uphold financial compliance
• Foster strong supplier relationships by managing records, resolving account discrepancies, and
• Assist with period-end close activities, including accruals, account reconciliations, AP aging
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Testlio to streamline and optimize the broader procure-to-pay

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, demonstrating expertise in invoice processing
• Practical familiarity with modern ERPs, accounting platforms, and expense management tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for data management and financial tracking.
• Solid understanding of core AP accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and internal
