Accounts Payable Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of high-volume invoices, credit memos, and vendor
• Manage vendor statement reconciliations, AP aging reports, balance sheet account reconciliations
• Supervise, train, support, and monitor the performance of accounts payable team members.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with vendors and suppliers while resolving payment
• Ensure accounts payable activities comply with internal policies, controls, GAAP, Cost Accounting
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives designed to increase efficiency, accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable operations, including at least 1 year in a leadership or
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint is required.
• Experience with SAP Ariba is preferred.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements related to CAS, FAR, and DFARS.
