Accounts Payable Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day AP ops and weekly payment runs.
• Ensure invoices are processed timely, accurate, compliant.
• Manage AP team; provide training and guidance.
• Develop and implement processes to improve AP efficiency and controls.
• Manage daily bank activity to correctly apply payments.
• Run AP aging reports and reconcile to trial balance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5-6 years in accounts payable.
• Lead a team and provide training and support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with NetSuite and Kanbina AP solution.
• Experience with multi-currency and international divisions.
