Accounts Payable & Travel Expense Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AP: invoices, three-way matching, approvals, payments.
• Lead T&E program: corporate cards, policy enforcement, reimbursements.
• Scale processes for growth: scalable workflows, automation, integrations.
• Vendor & relationship management: terms, disputes, 1099 reporting.
• Month-end close: JEs, reconciliations, AP/T&E metrics to leadership.
• Team leadership: build and mentor AP/T&E team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in AP & T&E; 3–4 years in management; govt contracting preferred.
• Systems: hands-on with AP/T&E tools (NetSuite, Ramp, Concur) and automation.
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Skills: PM & change management; strong analytics, organization, and communication.
• Leadership: proven ability to build or scale AP/T&E teams.
