Accounts Payables Analyst

📋 Description

• AP inbox management: Invoices entered or acted upon within 24 business hours of receipt.
• Process vendor invoices: enter, classify, code, and verify in AP and procurement systems across
• New vendor onboarding and maintaining existing vendor data (W9 collection, addresses, banking
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies independently; Escalate as necessary
• Monitor AP and identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Independently verify work before submission

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-4 years) working in accounts payables, finance or accounting, preferably at a
• Preference for candidates who have experience using Bill.com, Expensify, Ramp, FloQast, Omnea and
• Proficient in Google Sheets/excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
