Accounts Receivable Administrator (US)

📋 Description

• Support client onboarding activities by collecting and reviewing required financial documentation
• Prepare, complete, and process vendor forms, verifying the accuracy of information and adherence to
• Process credit card payments, verify transactions, and ensure all payments are correctly recorded
• Generate, review, and maintain financial reports covering outstanding balances, collection
• Investigate payment discrepancies, identify missing transactions, and coordinate with internal
• Prepare and submit refund requests and supporting documentation through Chrome River to facilitate

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, financial administration, or a similar
• Experience working within a professional services environment is preferred, while previous exposure
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
