• You manage a dedicated portfolio of B2B customers, acting as their primary point of contact for all
• You ensure invoices are collected within approved payment terms, proactively reducing outstanding
• You handle all customer communication and dunning processes (phone, email, and letter), maintaining

• Education: You bring a completed commercial/business apprenticeship or several years of experience
• Soft Skills: You combine persistence and assertiveness with a solution-oriented mindset – you don't
• Attention to Detail: You have a sharp eye for numbers and immediately notice when something doesn't
• Language: You communicate fluently in Dutch (C2 level) and English, with strong negotiation skills
