• Manage a dedicated portfolio of B2B customers, acting as their primary point of contact for all
• Ensure invoices are collected within approved payment terms, proactively reducing outstanding
• Handle all customer communication and dunning processes (phone, email, and letter), maintaining a
• Reconcile and clarify customer accounts with accuracy and full ownership.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers
• Identify process improvement opportunities and actively contribute ideas to optimize workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business apprenticeship or several years of experience in a comparable role in
• Attention to detail.
• Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and English, strong negotiation skills; German is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
