📋 Description

Ensures timely and accurate billing to customers
Resolve billing issues and reconcile discrepancies; assist with problem solving
Own AR aging; prevent and clear past-due accounts
Daily cash application and bank reconciliations
Collaborate with sales to resolve invoice questions/status
Register and maintain customer portals; coordinate periodic reviews
Analyze billing trends and customer feedback to drive improvements

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in Accounts Receivable and/or Billing
NetSuite or ERP experience
Strong Order-to-Cash lifecycle knowledge
Advanced Excel skills for reporting
Customer-focused with strong communication
Experience driving process improvements and automation
Salesforce experience
Stripe experience
