Accounts Receivable Analyst, Order-to-Cash

📋 Description

• Own assigned customer accounts throughout the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, from invoice creation and
• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and within established deadlines.
• Review invoices and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance with customer-specific
• Submit invoices through the appropriate customer portals, VMS platforms, EDI channels, or other
• Monitor invoice submissions through acceptance, promptly researching and resolving rejections
• Review aging reports and perform consistent, professional follow-up on outstanding balances.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, revenue cycle, or a related finance operations
• Experience with invoicing, invoice delivery, collections, cash application, and account
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and the ability to analyze and reconcile large data sets.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned accounts, and follow issues through
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and improve processes.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
