🎯 Requirements

Confident in difficult collections conversations and negotiations.
3+ years in B2B collections or high-volume CS (retail/fintech).
Proven track record managing a large account portfolio.
Strong negotiation/de-escalation skills; preserve retailer relationships.
Experience with Slack/Asana/Zendesk; quick to learn new systems.
Excel/Google Sheets fluency; AR aging insights.
