Manage day-to-day invoicing and accounts receivable with Accounting Manager.
Prepare and issue customer invoices, including progress and milestone billings.
Track, process, and bill approved change orders promptly.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate AR records in the accounting system.
Coordinate with Estimating, PM, and Operations to align billings with contracts.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of two years in billing, AR, bookkeeping, or related role.
Construction/project-based or contracting industry experience preferred.
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or comparable software.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail with multi-project invoicing.
Strong written and verbal communication, including collections.
