📋 Description

  • Email queue management: maintain 24 business hour SLA; triage new threads.
  • Vendor onboarding: validate records, tax IDs, docs; create vendor profiles.
  • Resubmit invoices in the billing system per updated client info.
  • Escalate urgent requests to appropriate internal teams.
  • Ensure all open cases are managed and assigned to AR Lead/Biller.
  • NY/EST shift hours; Immediate joiners preferred.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in AR, O2C and collections.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; cross-time-zone communication.
  • Experience with Maxio, NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Salesforce.
  • MS Office (Excel/Word) and Google Drive familiarity.
