Learn and reconcile cash workflows as two units merge into one.
Support Dunning processes and escalate aged receivables per policy.

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable and cash collections.
Hands-on ERP experience; NetSuite preferred.
Excel skills including pivot tables for AR data.
Proficient English communication, spoken and written.
Comfort initiating collections conversations with customers.
Self-direction to manage your own workload with autonomy.
