📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and proactively drive timely collection of outstanding
• Investigate and resolve complex accounts receivable issues, including unapplied cash, short
• Research unapplied customer payments by reviewing remittances, invoices, contracts, customer
• Take ownership of issues from initial identification through resolution, maintaining timely
• Negotiate payment commitments while maintaining professional and productive customer relationships.
• Accurately document collection activity, account updates, and customer communications in NetSuite

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional
• 7+ years of progressive B2B accounts receivable and commercial collections experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently research, analyze, reconcile, and resolve complex accounts
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, with the ability to identify root causes behind
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with both customers
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy in a
