Accounts Receivable Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end A/R: invoicing, collections, cash posting, reconciliations.
• Ensure billing accuracy across diverse client contracts and terms.
• Own monthly A/R close, aging analysis, reserves, and bad debt.
• Maintain DSO targets and resolve bottlenecks; drive collections strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop AR specialists to high performance.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal on cash flow and disputes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in management.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in high-volume SaaS, usage-based, or subscription billing.
• Strong ERP/billing systems knowledge: NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for pivot tables, lookups, and dashboards.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration; ability to translate financial info.
