Accounts Receivable Manager

📋 Description

• Managing high-volume client billing, invoice processing, and account maintenance to ensure accuracy
• Reconciling client accounts, researching discrepancies, and resolving billing issues and short
• Partnering with Client Services and internal Finance teams to address client inquiries and resolve
• Managing client billing setup and updates to ensure accurate invoicing and account records.
• Supporting month-end close through accurate invoicing, reconciliations and journal entries.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen internal controls, and improve AR

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related accounting role.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, client billing, account reconciliations, and financial
• Experience managing high transaction volumes and independently resolving complex account
• Proficiency with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.
• Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
