Accounts Receivable Officer

📋 Description

• Manage payments and allocations to ensure accurate cash flow.
• Handle credit control, customer inquiries and month-end support.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Monitor outstanding debt and implement payment arrangements where needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Accounts Receivable or Credit Control experience; FMCG experience preferred.
• Strong debt collection, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel (Sort/Filter, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Experience with Sage, Salesforce or CreditorWatch is a plus.
