Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist

📋 Description

• Monitor AR portfolio and ensure timely revenue collection.
• Review daily collections; verify payments reflect in AR.
• Investigate payment discrepancies, unapplied/short/duplicate payments.
• Process daily collections; coordinate with Finance/Operations to resolve issues.
• Perform regular reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Prepare AR aging reports and assist month-end close.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or Accounting.
• Professional accounting certifications are a plus.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or payments preferred.
• Strong understanding of AR processes and reconciliations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
