Accounts Receivable Specialist

📋 Description

• Prepare and manage analysis on Accounts Receivable (AR) accounts
• Check and release invoices through NetSuite Suite Billing
• Manage revenue issues with the Sales Team
• Cash application, GL reconciliation of receivables, AR aging, bad debt exposure
• Support monthly close and quarterly activities related to Receivables
• AssistTreasury functions and Cash Flow activities (Actual/Forecast)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• English as a 2nd language (B2/C1)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite
• Strong analytical skills and proactive, autonomous work style
• Teamwork and effective communication
