Accounts Receivable Specialist

📋 Description

• Contact overdue accounts in a mixed portfolio to collect balances
• Update customer files and report status to management
• Communicate with clients about collections, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Identify billing issues via research and reconciliation
• Prepare monthly account breakdowns and analyses
• Provide invoice copies, credits, and unapplied payments as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or 3+ years AR experience
• AI Fluency and/or use of M365 Copilot
• High integrity with confidential information
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliations
• Effective verbal and written communication
