Accounts Receivable Specialist

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing questions via email and phone
• Proactively follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment
• Investigate and resolve billing issues by coordinating with internal teams such as Sales, Customer
• Manage and track billing inquiries and collection activities to ensure clear documentation and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in customer support, billing operations, collections, or a similar
• Able to work continental US hours
• Strong written and verbal English skills, with confidence interacting with customers by phone and
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle customer issues
• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
