Accounts Receivable Specialist

📋 Description

• Process monthly billing activities for Sweden and support subscription invoicing across the Nordic
• Review and validate billing data from multiple systems to ensure invoice accuracy
• Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve disputes
• Support collections efforts and escalate issues
• Assist with bankruptcy processing and bad debt write-offs
• Process partner and intercompany invoices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or Order-to-Cash
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Strong understanding of invoicing processes and financial controls
• Experience with CRM and ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce or NetSuite
• Knowledge of VAT requirements and compliance standards
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
