📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end billing cycle, collections, and cash application.
• Execute automated invoicing workflows and verify delivery.
• Respond to invoicing concerns and manage dunning processes.
• Use Salesforce and NetSuite to optimize cash flow.
• Collaborate with the Controller on month-end close and disputes.
• Verify electronic invoice submissions to client portals (Coupa, Ariba).

🎯 Requirements

• NetSuite Mastery: 1–2 years in AR modules, automated billing, cash apps.
• Salesforce Proficiency: Audit contracts, view opportunities, update collection notes.
• Automation Experience: Manage automated billing schedules and dunning workflows.
• Accounting basics: explain ledger variances to Controller.
