Accounts Receivable Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage high-volume client billing activities, invoice processing, and account maintenance, ensuring
• Reconcile client accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues, outstanding
• Collaborate with Client Services and internal Finance teams to address client inquiries and
• Oversee client billing setups and updates, ensuring accurate invoicing information and reliable
• Support month-end closing activities through accurate invoicing, account reconciliations, and
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve reporting, strengthen internal controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable operations, client billing, account reconciliations
• Proven ability to manage high transaction volumes and independently investigate and resolve complex
• Proficiency with NetSuite or a comparable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
