Accounts Receivable Specialist (German-Speaking)

📋 Description

• Establish contact with past due customers and resolve delinquency.
• Collaborate with billing, sales and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Use independent judgement to determine account handling and resolution.
• Monitor accounts daily and encourage timely payments.
• Prepare and present collection activity reports.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, or Linguistic.
• 1+ years’ full-time experience in collections.
• English fluency is a must-have.
• German fluency is a must-have.
• Strong communication with internal stakeholders in multinational teams.
• Very comfortable with numbers.
• Target driven, quick learner, proactive and team player.
• An independent and entrepreneurial way of working.
• Located in Madrid to work on-site from the Celonis Madrid office.
